CCM Awarded ‘Wood Design Award’!

Unity is proud to share that the Canadian Canoe Museum has received the WoodWorks Ontario Wood Design Award at the Wood Design & Building Awards, presented by the Canadian Wood Council.

Rooted in wood, materially and symbolically, the Museum embraces timber as both structure and story. From glulam beams and CLT panels to locally sourced cladding, the design celebrates the canoe’s quiet ingenuity while creating a warm, welcoming home for this national cultural treasure.
