Crescent Street Open House!

Last week Unity took part in the public open house for the proposed Crescent Street development in Peterborough. Our team was there to share information, answer questions, and most importantly, to listen. We truly valued the opportunity to hear directly from community members who joined the conversation.

The project looks to add 225 new residential units in the Central Area while also creating space to depave and regenerate a naturalized waterfront along the east shore of Little Lake. A potential partnership with the Art Gallery of Peterborough could further strengthen this vision, supporting a larger gallery that meets community needs while keeping it an anchor along this stretch of waterfront.
