Construction Update for The Railyard Apartments!

Construction is well underway on the third building at The Railyard Development, Phase 3 of a thoughtfully scaled, mixed use community revitalizing a beloved neighbourhood.

The roof is complete, all windows have been installed, and exterior cladding is now going up, bringing the building’s character to life. Once finished, this phase will deliver 51 new residential units, with the first residents expected to move in by the end of the year.

Developed by Ashburnham Realty, a long-standing client and collaborator, The Railyard Development is designed to enhance the Rotary Greenway trail and create a welcoming public commons along Hunter Street East.
