Roanna joins us as Director of Finance & Operations, bringing over three decades of experience in accounting, HR, payroll, and organizational management. Her thoughtful, systems-focused approach will help streamline internal processes, enhance reporting, and support our team as we continue to grow.

Roanna sees her work as foundational, quietly but critically supporting every part of the studio. With a focus on clear communication, collaboration, and long-term operational resilience, she’s already making an impact behind the scenes.
